New Neighbors Frequently Ask. . .
- Association assessments are $630/year. If not paid on time, there is a late fee of 12% per annum.
- You can pay online via the Engage Enumerate Members Portal App↗️ or by mail with your annual invoice.
Regular trash pick-up is every Thursday at 7:00 a.m.

🪑 Heavy Trash: 2 items per month on any Thursday.
♻️ Recycling: Paid service = every other Thursday. Closest Free drop site = Pike Township Trustee Office
🍂 Up to 40 leaf bags collected mid-Nov. thru early Dec.
🎄 Natural Evergreen Tree Drop-Off: Dec 25 – Jan 31 at City-designated sites.
💡 Take paint, batteries, oil, fluorescent bulbs ,and chemicals to a City Hazardous Waste Drop-Off Site

Twin Creeks is located in the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township↗️. The district has 14 schools: nine elementary schools, three middle schools and a high school. An alternative school, known as the Cooperative Achievement Program, is available for high school students who would benefit better from an alternative learning environment.
