Public & Community Assistance

Financial & Emergency Assistance – Pike Township Trustee’s Office:

  • Provides help with rent, mortgage, utilities, and food. Residents in need can contact the office for appointments and support. Additionally, they offer meal packs for children and remote food pantry services at various locations throughout the week.

Pike Township Residents Association (PTRA):

Food Pantries and Meal Services Local to Fieldstone and Brookstone at Twin Creeks:

1. Red Zone Food Pantry:

Description: Provides food assistance to anyone in Pike Township through a drive-thru system. This pantry is accessible three times a week.

Schedule: Open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Location: Various locations within Pike Township.

2. School-Based Meal Packs:

Description: Meal packs are provided for children aged 18 and under at several school locations within Pike Township. These are available for pick-up on specific days.

Schedule:

  • Tuesdays: Available at Guion Creek Elementary School, Deer Run Elementary School, Eastbrook Elementary School, and Pike Freshman Center.
  • Thursdays: Distributed at apartment complexes including La Joja- Abington, Whispering Pines/Scarborough, Falcon Creek, and Mayfield Green.

Purpose: Ensures that children have access to nutritious meals even when school is not in session.

3. Fay Biccard Glick Neighborhood Center at Crooked Creek:

Description: Offers a food pantry that provides groceries and other essential items to families in need.

Services: In addition to food assistance, the center provides case management and wellness programs.
