New Neighbors Frequently Ask. . .
- Association assessments are $585/year. If not paid on time, there is a late fee of 12% per annum.
- You can pay online via the Trent Management payment portal↗️ or by mail with your annual invoice.
Regular trash pick-up is every Thursday at 7:00 a.m.
Each household is allowed up to 10 bags of acceptable trash per week. Check out the City of Indianapolis Department of Public Works – Trash Pick-Up↗️ for additional information about trash pick-up.
Heavy Trash Pick-Up: Once a Month

Recycling Service: Every Other Thursday
Indianapolis provides residents with many options for household recycling. A curbside recycling service can be obtained for a $5-a-month fee, or you can drop off your recyclables at several locations around the city. The closest location for basic recyclables is located at Northwestway Park. Twin Creeks is located in the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township↗️. The district has 14 schools: nine elementary schools, three middle schools and a high school. An alternative school, known as the Cooperative Achievement Program, is available for high school students who would benefit better from an alternative learning environment.
