Frequently Asked Questions

The Twin Creeks Homeowners Association (TCHOA) was part of the initial housing plan, incorporated by the developer to maintain the common areas, provide various services to residents and to control future architectural development. Membership in and payment of annual dues to TCHOA is mandatory for all homeowners. The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Twin Creeks is part of the deed to each lot in Fieldstone and Brookstone.

Yes. The TCHOA Board of Directors are elected each year in June at the annual meeting of the homeowners association. Each position is strictly a volunteer commitment from fellow homeowners who are willing to dedicate their time and effort to ensure the proper handling of homeowner business.

  • Association assessments are $630/year. If not paid on time, there is a late fee of 12% per annum.
  • You can pay online via the Trent Management payment portal↗️ or by mail with your annual invoice. 

The annual homeowner assessments are used to cover such things as street lighting, mowing and landscaping of common areas, maintenance of retention ponds, maintenance of signage, common area fences and entrance structures, snow removal, insurance, common area property taxes and related administrative expenses.

Regular trash pick-up is every Thursday at 7:00 a.m.

Hauler: Republic Services

Heavy Trash Pick-Up: 2 Items / Month on Any Thursday

Recycling Service: Every Other Thursday

Indianapolis provides residents with many options for household recycling. A curbside recycling service can be obtained for a $5-a-month fee, or you can drop off your recyclables at several locations around the city. Twin Creeks is located in the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township↗️. The district has 14 schools: nine elementary schools, three middle schools and a high school. An alternative school, known as the Cooperative Achievement Program, is available for high school students who would benefit better from an alternative learning environment.
