Twin Creeks Starter Kit

New Neighbors Frequently Ask. . .

  • Association assessments are $630/year. If not paid on time, there is a late fee of 12% per annum.
  • You can pay online via the Trent Management payment portal↗️ or by mail with your annual invoice. 

Regular trash pick-up is every Thursday at 7:00 a.m.

Hauler: Republic Services

District 2: Each household is allowed up to 10 bags of acceptable trash per week. Check out the City of Indianapolis Department of Public Works – Trash Pick-Up↗️ for additional information about trash pick-up.

 
 

Heavy Trash Pick-Up: 2 Items / Month on Any Thursday

Each household can set out two (2) heavy trash items a month on your normal Thursday trash pick-up days. For additional information about what is considered heavy trash, please visit the City of Indianapolis' site: Indy.gov | Trash Pickup↗️

Recycling Service: Every Other Thursday

Indianapolis provides residents with many options for household recycling. A curbside recycling service can be obtained for a $5-a-month fee, or you can drop off your recyclables at several locations around the city. Twin Creeks is located in the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township↗️. The district has 14 schools: nine elementary schools, three middle schools and a high school. An alternative school, known as the Cooperative Achievement Program, is available for high school students who would benefit better from an alternative learning environment.
