Hi everybody! This is Andrew, your HOA treasurer.
We wanted to give you an update of some upcoming events:
September 21st from 8-5 we will have a neighborhood Garage Sale.
In October, we will have a Fall Decorating Contest! All that’s required to register is filling out a form which will be on the home page of the website. On October 19th, a panel of judges will observe the exterior and yards (from the sidewalk) of all the homes that are registered for the contest. The last time to register will be noon on October 18th.
We will also have a Fall Neighborhood Gathering on the blacktop (former basketball court, across from the playground) on Sunday, October 20th from 4-6. This event is when the winner of our Fall Decorating Contest will be announced and prizes will be awarded! Costumes are encouraged and more details will be posted on the website.
We also have a new website, which will be launched soon!
