It’s the perfect time for home improvement projects! Remember, any modifications to your home or lot must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before you start. Submit your plans here.
Fieldstone & Brookstone Paint Colors
All exterior restorations or repairs must align with the original house specifications and the Covenant Declaration. If your planned changes differ from the original design, you must get pre-approval from the Architectural Committee. Submit requests via ARC Tracker. Still not sure? Contact the Board with any questions before starting repairs or alterations, and we will get back to you in 1-2 business days. Fieldstone Paint Colors Fieldstone trim should match the original exterior siding or cedar. Brookstone Paint Colors The following colors are for doors and shutters only.
