About
Twin Creeks is a charming community serving side-by-side neighborhoods of Brookstone and Fieldstone on the Northwest side of Indianapolis, Indiana. Our community includes 226 homes nestled within 16 acres of scenic common areas featuring a wooded preserve, four ponds, creeks, a playground, a basketball court, and a nature trail. TCHOA was established on January 21, 1993, and welcomes all homeowners as members. Trent Management oversees our neighborhood operations.
Our History
Fieldstone and Brookstone were developed by Estridge between 1992 and 1999. The concept was to build two distinct housing areas that shared an expansive common area and to take advantage of the unique setting with its meandering streams and gently rolling terrain.
Brookstone consists of 121 single-family homes, each designed to blend with the natural landscape and featuring four primary floor plans with multiple variations. These homes range from 1,200 to 1,700 square feet.
Fieldstone includes 105 homes along Robin Run Creek, with designs ranging from 1,975 to 2,500 square feet. Most Fieldstone homes are two stories, many with basements and some with three-car garages.
Both areas reflect thoughtful design and harmonious integration with the environment, creating a cohesive and welcoming community.
