Trent handles the HOA’s day-to-day operations and administration. They are the primary contact for homeowner requests and questions, manage dues billing and account support, coordinate vendors and common-area maintenance, maintain HOA records, and administer routine compliance processes based on the HOA’s governing documents and Board-approved policies.

The Twin Creeks HOA Board is the neighborhood’s elected volunteer leadership and decision-making body. The Board sets priorities, approves budgets and major expenses, adopts and updates policies within the governing documents, makes high-level decisions on contracts and projects, and provides oversight to ensure the association is managed responsibly and in the community’s best interest.
